0.6m2 Upflow pressure screen
The upflow outflow pressure screen uses the bottom of the machine to feed the slurry, the screening part to the pulp, and the upper part to the tail slag. After this process slurry enters the machine sieve, the heavy slag will not rise to the screening site under the action of gravity and rotate at the bottom. It is collected in the heavy slag tank, so it is prevented from entering the screening area to wear away the blades and sieve plates, extending the service life and reducing production costs. Light impurities and air are discharged from the top tailings. Due to the short residence time of impurities in the machine, the possibility of impurity circulation is significantly reduced, and the screening efficiency is greatly improved. No dilution water throughout the screening process
